Disgusting company and customer service. They love to take your money and then they stop communicating with you plus their website is always down and they do not have any updated resources (FAQs, How-to guides etc) to actually assist the customers. Also they do not have a WhatsApp number. I don't recommend.

I worry when I have business to take care of at this place. The receptionists at rhe front are usual very unhelpful and the look om their faces when you ask question is one of bother. Another thing the wait is in ordinarily long. I was there yesterday at 10am and I did not get service until 12:50pm. So if you have to spend a good 3 hours at this place. The numbering system is fraud. I sat there and watched The system jumped my number twice, when I brought it to the attention of the receptionist she said there's nothing she can do and told me my number was called and it was a "no show"...that's a lie. And gave me another number about 10 places at the back. I was such a frustrating experience for me. This is my 4th time going to this place to sort out documents for my companies and have not gotten through. All the hours I wasted and I still have to go back because they were not able to locate my documents even with my proof of receipt. I am so frustrated! These employees and managers make doing business in Jamaica frustrating. They need training in customer service and they need to be educated about their own systems.

It has taken almost 4 hours to correct an error on a form. The staff are just walking around acting busy but not moving forward. This is not progress!

My experience revealed very poor communication at this company.
In my opinion the key to getting things done at this office is having persistence, lots of available time and a huge chunk of patience. Either this or join instead the do not register, the delinquency or deregistration club.

This has been the worst experience ever!!! Just by taking off someone has a director took me almost over 6 months. Guess what? The director has still not yet been taken off. No form of accountability

My office have done an online registration about 8 weeks ago it was approved on the 4th of March, we're still waiting on paperwork to be delivered to us. We have tried to call several times without success spending several hours on hold. As I'm sending this message we are on hold fo over 2hrs.
This is a horrible place to do business with..
