Visited this Walmart during a stay in the Kansas City area. It is a small Walmart, not like a Neighborhood Market and not a Supercenter. It appears to be an older store. It was ok though, you could still find most of what you need and if not there is plenty of shopping nearby.

The manager here is super mean. She on purposely would not let us check out any of our stuff even though we went into the self checkout line at 11 pm claiming they were closed, even though clearly there were several other people checking out still. We even had an item held for us at self checkout that we couldn’t get now. Also there are never any workers around to ask for help finding things, and they close their customer service line early all the time. Beware and take your business elsewhere. The slightly cheaper prices here aren’t worth the unpleasant attitude of the workers and manager here.

I’ve shopped at this location for over 8 years and it keeps getting worse. First of all, they have nothing but kids with ugly attitude working here. The people that helps at self checkout are rude, if there’s something with a different price tag or clearance and if their app says otherwise they won’t honor it and make it look like you’re dumb and it’s your fault. The managers are even worst. There’s only two good workers the short lady with blonde hair (I believe she’s a manager) and a young guy whose always at the entrance. I will surely stop coming here. 🙂

We were able to find almost everything on our list. More specifically, There is an absolutely wonderful employee in the Optical Department, who was a Super Star and beyond.. (5+*) in every way possible!

Still aweful store, long line at check-out. Self- ck long lines, so crowded couldn't get past carts blocking section.
Saw multiple stockers, just standing around, blocking aisles (Aisle right by valentines stuff).
Did see 4 all on the same aisle working (Aisle with zip lock bags, etc).They were working hard (This group of male stockers) I give 5 stars ☆ to them only.
▪︎I though major stocking happened over night of early, early morning.

Crusty Unintelligent No-class Terrible management. Her name kinda rhymes with trashy. All the employees know exactly who I was talking about when I mentioned her name and how vindictive she is. I'm glad I'll never know what it's like to be hated by all my coworkers. That pretend to like me because I'm management. People under me respect me for being good at what I do and genuinely wanting others to succeed. Anyway after waiting for some poor guy to try and pay his bill for 45 minutes. The "manager " Trashy had to call a more qualified associate to process the bill for the gentleman. Seriously this lady doesn't know how to process a bill and she's management? It's no wonder the store is terrible. So then miss trashy is ready for her next test since she pushed off the last one to another employee trying to cash a check. After running the check through three or four times she passed it off the same employee. She knew already that it wasn't going to go through since she had already tried four times. She can't figure out these minor tests why the hell is she a manager. Since he closes early and barely moves I know for a fact it couldn't be her work ethic. How did such a petty little troll become management? We've had several run ends with Miss trashy I don't know what her problem is but for some reason she likes to play petty little games with us when we go to customer service or the money center. Such a petty little troll should not be manager. If anyone else has had run-ins with trashy please voice your opinion on here.

Always packed inside and out with people and cars. Some people like to get checked out still ,when they got a good amount of stuff. There is maybe 1 in person check out lane open and packed with 10 - 15 customers.

Worst ran Walmart I have ever been to. Case in point, I have been standing here in sporting goods for better than 20 minutes waiting for someone to get me into the sporting goods case. No one has keys to it.
