Visited the store on three separate occasions, but the lady was too busy chatting on her phone to even acknowledge I was there. Terrible service. I don’t know how they’re in business.

Called in on Monday to look at beds , the lady took my number and said she would get back to me the next day. I found her very unhelpful with a strange attitude as I am the customer. Still waiting now it’s Friday. Wish I had read the reviews before I went all that way. I then found a bed elsewhere, new bed delivered and erected today. Great result from the bed shop in La Trocha Coín.

Never there seems to always be closed whatever time of day it is and dont answer their mobile cant sell many beds operating like that.......

Great quality beds at a fraction of the price back home. Very helpful and friendly staff, not only did they deliver the bed to our house which is almost an hour away from the shop but they set everything up for us too. Very happy : )

Dreadful customer service - wanted to buy 4 beds - note on door saying Emma had just popped out and to call mobile. We did but no reply, sent text and email asking when we could visit the following so that we could buy beds. No reply! Obviously not interested- shame as we wanted to support local business. Have gone elsewhere

Purchased an expensive bed which was very good at the time but one side of the pocket springs collapsed after 3 years. We then purchased a further mattress which on arrival was too firm they would not change it despite it was only in the apartment 30 mins and not slept on. Poor customer service when you consider a mattress should last longer than 3 years!!!
