Juani has been absolutely fantastic and helpful. We purchased 4 great beds and headboards that can be set up as 4 singles or connected to make 2 doubles. They are really comfortable and the delivery drivers built them up for us and attached the headboards too, a really great service. We can’t praise Juani enough for her customer service and excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble and she made sure everything we ordered was delivered when she said it would be. If you have any bed or bedding requirements I would highly recommend visiting this shop.

I contacted Juani before we completed the house sale and from the get go she was helpful, friendly and spoke very good English. On the very first day of getting the house keys we went to see this customer service master. On meeting her she was utterly amazing, going through all our options and choices and in the end, on her recommendations we purchased 2 single beds and a king-size bed. She did us an amazing deal and even threw in a couple of fantastic memory pillows. Delivery a week later, she took it to the next level, ensuring everything was sorted prior to the delivery, re access to house, bed positions, what goes where and advised on the old bed removal. Once installed she sent pics confirming the installation and also everything she said would happen. We were so blown away with the time, effort and efficiency, Juani invested in us there is nowhere else in Nerja, we would buy a bed from in the future, thank you very much!

After detailed consultation with Juani we ordered a bed with a high-end mattress and a headboard for a different bed. Since the order wasn't quite standard and given the short time we had in Nerja, we were afraid that something might go wrong. But everything worked out exactly as agreed with Juani. The delivery followed in time and also delivery guys did their job very well. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

We called in a couple of times and the woman in the shop spoke good English, was very helpful and knowledgeable about her stock. The delivery came on the day as arranged, the delivery men were very courteous, set up the new bed where requested and took all the packaging away. We would not hesitate to use Bed's again.

We had gone to another place next door first, but the service person was too busy speaking to her friend so went to beds nerja. Juani was so welcoming and really listened to both my husband and I's different needs. Juani was a wealth of experience and information. The mattresses are superb. Even after when I had to call to make adjustment to a wrong size bought. Absolutely no issues and was dealt with professionally. Absolutely recommend. Thank you

After having looked at several options for buying a new mattress, Bed's Nerja was recommended to us by a friend. We were served by a lovely lady (Juani), who spoke perfect English (my Spanish only slowly improving), who was extremely patient and helpful. Furthermore, she was able to explain the mattress that was best suited to our existing bed and its base. After considering our options, we bought a mattress. We expect to receive it in the next few days, and Juani has been keeping us updated by email. As we stay fairly local to Nerja, the price includes delivery and removing old mattress. Based on our experience at Beds, and particularly the help from Juani, I would highly recommend to anyone considering a new bed and/or mattress.
