I've been trying to get answers about Ed Austin Park for years. They have had a sign up saying "new playground coming soon" for 3 or 4 years. I've called and left a message with no callback. I've emailed and have not gotten messages back. There should be better standards for the city of Jacksonville than this.

I could not be more satisfied with my experience. My husband and I recently decided to get married at Jessie Ball DuPont Park and I had to go through this agency for permitting. I can't say enough great things about Monique Burton who assisted me from start to finish. She was great in her response time to emails, was always friendly on the phone when I had questions, and even found a solution to resolve a parking concern I had. She went above and beyond to provide a quality experience and she was consistently professional in each interaction.

Have went to three to four parks recently. All bathrooms secured. Some picnic tables missing for over a month. I hope this is an indication that our county taxes will decrease. Absolutely a disaster.

This is bad I've been coming to this park for 6 months now and nothing change I've called 3 times Jax y'all gotta get it together this is a beautiful city that is displayed that some parks are neglected but some parks are lock that's not the answer spend our money the right way .
